Domainmonster.com offered customers the opportunity to Pre-Order their desired .cm domain names. We have a proven track record in Domain launches and were a Top 3 performer in the recent .tel, .me and .asia launches.

The moment each launch period began, we submitted Pre-Ordered domains to the .cm registry giving you the best possible chance of securing your desired .cm domains.

• We took Pre-Orders for both .cm launch periods simultaneously, so you were be able to place a Pre-Order to buy a domain in either period from 13th July 2009 in preparation for Landrush on the 15th July 2009 & Open Registration on 18th September 2009.
• Pre-Orders were taken on a no-win-no-fee basis. If you were not successful in securing your Landrush .cm domain you will be refunded to your original payment card, provided no bid was made during the auction. If you were unsuccessful in securing your .cm domain in the Open Registration period you will not be charged. There will be no handling fee deducted from any refund to your payment card.
• If you had Pre-Ordered a .cm domain at the Open Registration phase but it was secured by someone else during the Landrush phase, no attempt was be made to secure the domain for you, and your card was not be pre-authorised. You were be informed if your Pre-Order was no longer available due to an earlier period registration for that web domain.

.cm Domain Open Registration Payment Process

Please note, all .cm registrations and payments since 18th September 2009 are processed in real-time. The process below was only applicable during the initial launch of the .cm domain. By pre-ordering for the .cm Open Registration period, you guaranteed yourself a prime position in our submission queue!

• Ensure you have a valid payment card in your account and adequate buying funds are available.
• Call your card provider and let them know a deferred authorisation is going to take place over the period 16th September 2009 to 17th September 2009, to Mesh Digital Limited (Domainmonster.com), a United Kingdom merchant. 90% of failed transactions are due to your card provider suspecting the transaction is fraudulent so this is our very best tip!
• Ensure "support@domainmonster.com" is in your safe or white list. We will additionally be posting all communication to "Your Communications" in your Control Panel.
• Ensure the phone number listed on your account is the best one we can reach you at over the period 16th September 2009 to 17th September 2009.
