Please note, .CO domain registration is now live. The .CO domain launched in April 2010, when the Sunrise phase began. This was followed by the Landrush phase, before the domain was opened up for General Availabilty. - Valid Payment Details - Ensure you have a valid payment card in your account and adequate buying funds are available.
- Contact Card Provider - Call to let your card provider know a deferred authorisation will be taking place up to 7 days before launch, to Mesh Digital Limited (Domainmonster.com), a United Kingdom merchant. 90% of failed transactions are due to your card provider suspecting the transaction is fraudulent so this is our very best tip!
- White List Us! - Ensure "support@domainmonster.com" is in your safe or white list.
- Your Comms - All communication will additionally be sent to "Your Communications" in your Control Panel.
- Phone Numbers - Ensure the phone number listed on your account is the best one that we can reach you 7 days before launch.
