We don't charge you if you want to move your domain name away to another provider. We like to think we offer the best service and best online LIVE control around. However, if you do want to leave we won't penalise you!

Managed Renewal Service

Domainmonster.com operates a managed renewal process at all times, so you can be sure you will never lose a domain name again. Domains are automatically set to Auto-Renew in your LIVE Control Panel. You will then be notified several times prior to their expiry and your renewal automatically processed to ensure your Domain Name remains in your control and ownership.

You can configure each domain name individually in the event you do not wish them to be Auto-Renewed, either by amending in your LIVE Control Panel or from the link provided in our email correspondence prior to your domain(s) pending expiration date(s).
