Netcom.cm - the .cm domain registry
NETCOM.cm Sarl was founded in 2008 and is a partner of the Information Technology Regulator for Cameroon, ANTIC. They are based in the capital of Cameroon, Yaounde. NETCOM.cm launched the .cm domain registry service for second level domains such as .com.cm, .co.cm and .net.cm on October 15th, 2008. Seven months after the opening of the second level domain registry, the top level registry commenced operation of the top level domain .cm.
The National Agency for Information Technology and Communication (ANTIC)
ANTIC or the National Agency for Information Technology and Communication to give them their full title, promote Information Technology in Cameroon for the the public and private sector, civil society and development partners.

Flowers in the Desert Foundation
Netcom.cm are donating 5% of auction revenues for domains from the Landrush phase and additionally, 2.50€ per domain sold during the open registration phase, to the Flowers in the Desert Foundation. Flowers in the Desert Foundation are a not for profit organisation founded in 2008. They are dedicated to providing people in rural areas of Cameroon with basic supplies such as water purification systems, chlorine tablets and mosquito nets.
