Who Can Register .asia Domain Names?

You can register a dotAsia domain if your business, organisation, or community group is located in one of the Asia-Pacific countries.

If it is located outside of this region, your .asia registration must include at least one contact who resides in one of the Asia-Pacific countries. Which countries make up the Asia-Pacific region?

You are, of course, free to change these at any time as long as at least one is a contact in the Asia-Pacific region. Failing to keep these records correctly updated may lead to your domain being deleted by the dotAsia registry.

How long can I register a .asia domain for?

During the Pre-Landrush and Landrush periods the minimum time you can register a .asia domain is 2 years and the maximum 10 years. At ‘Go Live’ the minimum registration term lowers to 1 year.
