Email

If you are having difficulty with your Domainmonster.com POP3 email account(s):

- If you are having problems logging into your account, please ensure that you have an active internet connection.

- If you are using an email client, please make sure that you have configured it correctly to send and receive your emails. The FAQs contain information about how to correctly configure several popular email clients.

- If you are using an email client, have the name and version to hand, as well as the name and version of your operating system, and the details of any antivirus or firewall software you may have installed.

- If you are having difficulties reaching the Webmail login page, make sure that you have typed the address into your browser in the following format: http://mail.yourdomain.com/ (substituting your own Domain Name and top-level domain for "yourdomain.com").

- If you have received any error messages, please make sure that you have them to hand.

Domain/Website Problems

If you are having problems with the Domainmonster.com domain name registration or management services:

- Please be aware that DNS changes, including changes to name servers, usually take between 6 and 12 hours to propagate.

- Please ensure that you have your Domainmonster.com account login information to hand.

- If you wish to use any of the following services, you must have your name servers set to those of Domainmonster.com:

  • ~ My Home Page
  • ~ Web Forwarding
  • ~ Email Forwarding
  • ~ DNS Management

If you have your name servers set to those of a third party provider, you will not have access to any of these services. You can change your name servers back to those of Domainmonster.com at any time.
