A year on from launch the .tel community is going strong and proving to be consistently popular for businesses and individuals alike, to enrich their web pages with clear, detailed contact information. When the TLD launched last year we were the top performer and as renewal times approach we've seen a record number of people hanging on to their domains, and securing them for another year. So what's changed since you first registered your .tel?

At Domainmonster we love shiny new features, and we're always keen to grow and evolve to better suit our customers needs. So it's no wonder that our latest control panel update will make the bulk management of your .tel domains a piece of cake, ensuring changes are handled efficiently and with minimum fuss!

We know that managing a large number of domain names individually can be a pain, especially if you have to go through each domain one by one. That's why we've devised a brand new system to allow you to better manage your .tel domain names in bulk! Previously all the .tels in your account were accessible through the same hosting interface through your control panel, when you connect to the special .tel contact information area.

Now you can assign different labels to your .tel domains, and assign the same label to a group of domains, tying them all together as a kind of "sub account" within your main Domainmonster account.

You can separate your domain names into as many different portfolios as you like, and even split them all up onto individual labels and organise them into separate categories as you wish. For example if you had 100 domains, our control panel now allows you to assign them to as many as 100 different labels!

To access the .tel Bulk Management area simply login to your account and select the “bulk domain management” tool from your right hand menu. You will only see this option if you have two or more .tel domains in your account with us. This is the area of your Domainmonster control panel where you can create your labels, and assign the correct label to each domain as required. Once you have created your desired labels you can select which one you would like to apply to each domain by selecting the label from the drop down box next to each name in turn, and finalising the changes. This will then group your names into the labelled categories, and it's as simple as that!

These exciting changes correspond with Telnic giving the appearance of the .tel domains a lift, and implementing a number of new features of their own. You can now pick and choose between templates, and change the colours from the default to a range of new choices. There is now also the ability to upload a picture of yourself, or your company logo, allowing you to brand your .tel page to match your company or personal image!

In addition to all of this you can now monetize your .tel domains using Google Adsense! With .tel domains continuing to be smartphone friendly, as well as being indexed in a special TelPages search engine, they are continuing to be the first choice of businesses everywhere to enrich their online presence.
