Manage Information

Renewal Information:
Renewals for .gov.uk web addresses can only be carried out once you receive email notification that the domain is due to expire. The renewal will add an additional 2 years onto the expiry date.
Expiry Information:
Upon expiry, if you have not renewed, the web address will be removed immediately by JANET.
Redemption Information:
There is no grace period and no redemption period with .gov.uk domains. The domain will be deleted upon expiry.
Transfer Information:
Transfers simply require notifying JANET of your wish to change the registrar of your .gov.uk domain
